Returns and Refunds

Welcome to Petroni webshop. Please carefully read the following terms of returns and refunds before making a purchase through our website.

Product Return
If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of
receiving the product. You are entitled to a full refund (excluding the delivery charge if applied). All returned products must be unused and unopened in
the original packaging.

Please contact us via info@petroni.hr to request a return and receive further instructions. In the email subject, please write “PRODUCT RETURN”.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

NOTES

  • Returns and exchanges must be pre-arranged.
  • If you request a refund, along with the returnable item, a copy of the invoice and the bank account number (IBAN) for the refund must be provided.
  • Refunds will be processed within the legal period of 14 days (Consumer Protection Act), i.e., after we receive the product at the warehouse.
  • During product return, the customer is responsible for appropriately packaging the product/s in a cardboard box to prevent damage during transportation. If
    damage occurs because the customer did not adequately protect the product during packaging (e.g., returned products wrapped in plain paper or a bag), the return or exchange will not be accepted.
  • The customer must return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day of unilateral termination of the contract.

If the replacement of the item is not possible, we reserve the right to offer a replacement item of the same or higher value, or in case of impossibility of replacement, to refund the money.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please inform us within two working days of receiving the shipment via info@petroni.hr. We will ask you to provide us with photos of the damage, and to write “COMPLAINT” in the email subject. We will resolve complaints as soon as possible.
