Welcome to Petroni.hr web shop. Please read carefully the following delivery terms before proceeding with your purchase on our website.


Product Availability
Product availability may vary and will be indicated on the product page. If a product is not available immediately, you will be informed of the expected delivery date.


Delivery Methods
Package delivery is carried out to the address via the Overseas Express courier service.
Packages are sent from Croatia, EU. Prior to delivery, the courier service sends an SMS and/or email notification about the planned delivery. *

Delivery outside the EU is not possible. Delivery outside Croatia in the EU is only available upon request.
In exceptional cases of EU delivery, the delivery is made via HP24.

Pickup at the Store
We offer the option of picking up at the store for your convenience. After selecting this option, you will have 48 hours to pick up your product. If you paid by card, your product will be held aside until you pick it up.

1. Debit/Credit Cards
Payment with credit and debit cards on the Petroni web shop is done online via the CorvusPay
system. The following cards can be used:
Credit Cards:

  • Mastercard®
  • Maestro®
  • Visa
  • PBZ Card Visa Premium
  • Diners

When selecting “Credit Card” payment, a field for entering card information will open. Card and cardholder data are not stored on our servers; instead, the credit card number is directly checked and authorized in the card issuer’s authorization center.

2. Payment by Internet Banking or General Payment Slip (valid only for the Republic of Croatia)
When choosing this payment method, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the necessary payment information. You can then make the payment using internet banking or a general payment slip used for payment – via a bank, post office, or Financial Agency (Fine). We ship the shipment after the payment is visible on our current account. We do not deliver goods based on payment confirmation.

3. Cash on Delivery – Cash
When receiving the shipment, you pay the invoice amount to the Overseas Express courier service deliverer. Cash on delivery when picking up the order in the store.
Note: Cash on delivery is only possible within Croatia.


Petroni.hr uses CorvusPay for online payments.
When paying on our website, use CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of payment cards over the internet. CorvusPay ensures complete confidentiality of your card data from the moment you enter it into the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card.
Our store never comes into contact with your complete card data. The data is also unavailable even to CorvusPay system employees. The isolated core independently
transmits and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure. The form for entering payment data is secured by SSL transport encryption of the highest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay meets all requirements regarding security of online payment prescribed by leading card brands, or equivalent standards – PCI DSS Level 1 – the highest security standard in the payment card industry. When paying with cards included in the 3D Secure program, your bank, in addition to the validity of these cards, further confirms your identity using tokens or passwords. Corvus Info considers all collected information to be bank secrecy and treats it accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is completely secure, and their privacy is protected by the most modern protection mechanisms. Only data necessary for performing the job according to prescribed requirements for online payment are collected. Security control and operational procedures applied to the infrastructure ensure the current reliability of the CorvusPay system. To maintain access control, regular security monitoring and deep checks to prevent network vulnerabilities and deliberate deployment of destination information security are permanently maintained and prevented from achieving the degree of security of systems protecting your card data.

MasterCard® SecureCode ™ is a new service from MasterCard and card issuers that provides you with additional security when shopping online. You choose your own MasterCard SecureCode and never share it with an online merchant. The private code means additional security against unauthorized use of your credit or debit card when purchasing online. Every time you make an online payment with a MasterCard or Maestro card, a window from the issuer of your card opens and asks you to enter your Personal SecureCode as well as to request the entry of a PIN at an ATM. In just a few seconds, the card issuer confirms your information and allows you to complete the online purchase.


Verified by Visa


Verified by Visa ™ is a new service that allows you to shop online with additional security. Verified by Visa ™ confirms your identity when shopping online at stores participating in the program. This convenient way of shopping is possible with your existing Visa card. Additionally, Verified by Visa ™ is a quick process. You only need to register your card once and create your own password. After that, after purchasing at stores participating in the program, the Verified by Visa ™ window will appear. Simply enter the password and click “send.” Your identity is confirmed, and the purchase is secure. To activate Verified by Visa on a Visa card or learn more about it, contact the financial institution that issued your Visa card.

CROATIA
DELIVERY DEADLINE – Zone I

Cities and most places: 1 – 3 days

Islands and some remote locations: 2 – 4 days


DELIVERY DEADLINE – Zone II

Delivery Price

  • for orders up to €99.99 = €8.00
  • for orders from €100.00 to €249.99 = €15.00
  • for orders from €250.00 to €499.99 = €20.00
  • for orders from €500.00 to €999.99 = €40.00
  • for orders over €1,000.00 = FREE


Free delivery for orders over €1,000.00 applies exclusively within Croatia.

The delivery price to zone II is increased by €10.00 compared to the delivery price in zone I.

Package weight limit for zone II: 2 – 20 kg depending on the delivery location.

The delivery price for products with a volume exceeding 3 m (bulky packages) is calculated for each individual case. We send the customer an offer based on the conditions received from the external carrier.

Free delivery is not possible if the package’s girth exceeds 3 meters.

The delivery price for bulky packages, if delivery is possible, is determined individually based on the carrier’s offer.

The customer has the option to pick up all products at our warehouse without delivery costs. In this case, when choosing the delivery method, select the option for pickup at our warehouse.

Delivery of products to campsites is possible – provided that card payment is mandatory.

All products can be picked up at our warehouse without delivery charges.


*Delivery speed may deviate from the norm during holidays, non-working days, during major sales events (BLACK FRIDAY), and other situations where delivery difficulties may arise.

Most orders shipped with tracking allow tracking of delivery status. Follow the instructions you receive via SMS/email.

  • Orders and payments received from Monday to Thursday are shipped the next day.
  • Orders and payments received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped on Monday.


The dispatch and delivery/delivery time of packages is transferred to the next working day in the case of holidays and public holidays.

If you want delivery on a specific date, please indicate it in the order note.

The merchant reserves the right to temporarily suspend the validity of promo codes during sales events or the validity period of other discount codes. Discounts or benefits automatically awarded in the shopping cart cannot be combined with other discount codes.

The welcome discount for newsletter subscribers can only be used for the first order.

Please check the integrity of the packaging upon receipt of the product. If you notice any damage, report it to the carrier immediately and contact us.
