Kako mogu rezervirati kamper?

Koja dokumentacija je potrebna prilikom preuzimanja rezerviranog vozila?

Upon vehicle pickup, you will need a valid personal identification document (passport/national ID card), driver’s license of category B, and a credit card (for deposit). The driver must be at least 25 years old.

Kakva je politika otkazivanja rezervacije?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of reservation and the notice period for cancellation. The details are outlined in our vehicle rental terms and conditions.

Mogu li putovati izvan zemlje s iznajmljenim kamperom?

Yes, traveling abroad is usually possible, but check with our staff about possible restrictions and additional costs.

Što je uključeno u cijenu najma?

24/7 telephone assistance, mandatory third-party liability insurance, comprehensive vehicle insurance (with the lessee’s deductible matching the security deposit amount), passenger insurance, toilet chemicals, one gas bottle, a full tank of clean water, an empty tank for wastewater, a clean toilet cassette, a radio device, a water hose, a power cable + power adapter, and vehicle leveling blocks. The mileage is limited to 300km per day (900km weekend).

Postoje li skriveni troškovi?

No, all costs listed in your offer/confirmation are final. We believe in transparency and want you to clearly understand what you will be paying. There are no additional fees or hidden costs unless you change your reservation. However, it is important to note that we have some specific exclusions that we would like to draw attention to.

Exclusions:Accidents and damages: Although we strive to provide you with a worry-free experience, accidents can happen. In the event of any external damage to the vehicle (on the upgrade and chassis), caused by the renter or an unknown perpetrator, the deposit will not be refunded until the vehicle is repaired or until a written statement is obtained from the insurance company regarding the amount of the bonus loss that the lessor incurs until returning to the previous bonus level, and that the insurance has no subsequent claims from third parties regarding the recovery of damages caused by the renter. The lessee is responsible for repairing any damage caused by an unknown perpetrator up to the amount of the security deposit.

Fuel and toll charges: Please note that fuel and toll expenses are the responsibility of the passengers and are not included in the quoted price.

Low fuel: If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at the time of rental, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel, plus a service fee according to the fueling rate.

Extra kilometers: If you exceed the included kilometers in your reservation (300 kilometers), you will be charged per additional kilometer. Any excess is charged at 0,30€/kilometer.

Mogu li preuzeti kamper na jednom mjestu i vratiti ga na drugo?

Of course! You can end the rental at a different location than where you started. Please note that an additional transfer fee applies if you choose different pick-up and drop-off locations.

Nudite li transfere kampera na aerodrom?

Of course! We offer camper transfers to multiple locations (airports).
CROATIA: Zagreb, Rijeka – Krk, Zadar, Split, Dubrovnik, Pula;
SLOVENIA: Ljubljana;
HUNGARY: Budapest;
AUSTRIA: Vienna.

Prilikom rezervacije kampera imam dodatnu naplatu “trošak pripreme”. Što to znači?

The item “preparation cost” covers all the vehicle preparation expenses for pickup, including:

  • Complete camper cleaning
  • Toilet cassette chemicals
  • Full tank of clean water
  • 1x full gas cylinder
  • 1x cleaning set
  • AdBlue

Also, upon vehicle pickup, our staff will provide you with detailed instructions on how to use the camper to facilitate your journey.

Mogu li iznajmiti kamper na 2 dana?

Unfortunately, we cannot rent a camper for two days. During the high season, the minimum stay is 10 nights, in the mid-season it is 7 nights, and in the low season, it is 5 nights. For more information about the seasons and duration, please feel free to contact us.

Plaćam li depozit prilikom preuzimanja vozila?

Yes. A deposit is paid when picking up the vehicle. The deposit can only be paid with a credit card. It is retained during the trip and can be deducted up to 30 days after the vehicle is returned. The deposit covers additional costs upon return, such as extra kilometers, an empty fuel tank, missing equipment, etc. . If the vehicle is returned undamaged and in accordance with the rental terms, the deposit will be refunded within 15 days (+/- 5 days), depending on the bank’s processing time for the deposit refund.

Gdje mi je dopušteno putovati (EU, otoci i sl.) ?

You can travel freely to EU countries and/or Croatian islands. Send us an inquiry, and we will provide you with detailed information about travel options and any additional costs.
